The incumbent of this position is responsible for ensuring the deployment of projects related to the product initiatives of the Customer Services department, including new training content, updating the current offering and organizing training events with the development team.

What a typical day with us looks like:

  • Ensure the deployment of the deliverables of the Customer Services department related to product launches according to deadlines;
  • Manages and plans various projects in the department in collaboration with the technical manager (data collection, resource planning, follow-ups, meeting deadlines, online, communications, post-mortem and satisfaction measurement);
  • Manage translation related to the department's initiatives;
  • Organize technical training events for employees and the sales and distribution network;
  • Participate in the design of training programs by developing document templates and ensure their deployment with the team of content experts;
  • Act as an internal resource person by training and assisting all departments of the company on the integration of their training on the e-learning portal and facilitate its deployment and follow-up;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on learning tools and best practices;
  • Contributes to the development of a project management culture by participating in the implementation of tools and procedures identified by the project office managers;
  • Participate in the completion of certain administrative tasks.

  • Has a background in business administration or any other related discipline and 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Is fluent in both English and French, written and spoken;
  • Is autonomous, resourceful, innovative and versatile;
  • Is organized and has the ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
  • Have excellent project management skills;
  • Has good communication skills (written and verbal).
