We're looking for our next IT project manager. You will report to the IT Manager and will be responsible for implementing the IT master plan for our systems, including the major task of migrating our ERP system to Navision over the next few years.

What a typical day with us looks like:

  • You manage the ERP migration to Navision.
  • You work closely with our IT analysts, experts from all departments, and service providers on a variety of projects affecting our computer systems.
  • You work with our parent company AMETEK to ensure that the ERP migration and other IT projects comply with SOX requirements.
  • You analyze the needs of our internal and external clients and propose appropriate solutions.
  • You participate actively in our company’s IT strategic planning.
  • You handle computer system documentation.
  • You may travel from time to time.

  • Have gained extensive experience with ERP solutions in a manufacturing business and have taken active part in their migration
  • Are familiar with ERP, MRP, financial services CRM, DMS, WMS, and PLM systems.
  • Can manage major projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Have great analytical, critical thinking, and schematic skills
  • Take a problem-solving approach
  • Have outstanding people skills (interpersonal communication, active listening, etc.)
  • Have a university degree in computing, engineering, or production management information systems;
  • Have about ten years’ experience in a similar position, including eight years in production-related administrative and operational process improvement and associated services
  • Are fluent in spoken and written English and French
  • Have excellent writing skills and are good at explaining results
  • Are a self-starter as well as a team player
  • Can set and manage priorities
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Have great leadership skills and the ability to influence others
