Who are we looking for ? The perfect candidate to fill to position of Project Manager, Communication. The main task of this position will be the coordination of marketing content under the responsibility of the manager, marketing and communications team. The project manager will work closely with different actors within the company, as well as external suppliers for the creation of various contents. In addition, he/she will have to take a critical look at the coherence and consistency of the messages disclosed.

What a typical day with us looks like:

• Manage the writing and translation of various marketing content in the appropriate style;
• Participate in the development of an effective marketing content strategy in collaboration with various stakeholders;
• Establish a publication schedule and ensure the distribution of content in collaboration with the various stakeholders;
• Collaborate and coordinate the writing of content with external resources in editing, translation and writing;
• Ensure the production and publication of newsletters intended for sales networks, clients and subscribers, according to a predetermined schedule;
• Plans and coordinates the execution of various tasks of external editorial resources using the internal management tool, according to the requests, deadlines and budgets established;
• Maintains, organizes and updates content.

Our perfect match...

• Has a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or journalism or other relevant degree ;
• HAs between 3 and 5 years of experience in communication, project management or writing ;
• Is fluent in both English and French, both orally and in writing ;
• Knows a software for sending emails ;
• Has a good sense of organization and attention to detail ;
• Is customer service oriented.
