What a typical day with us looks like:

• Managing events in the territory (tradeshows, roadshows, product launches, sales and distributor meetings);
• Developing and maintaining event-related equipment such as stands and banners;
• Providing translation support to head office. Assist corporate marketing team by proofreading translations (brochures, web) or translating short documents (press releases, paragraphs, etc.);
• Assisting regional web marketing efforts. Work closely with the corporate marketing team (project manager and vendors) to improve SEO, SEM, and SMO. Recommends placement in directories, banners, e-newsletter, and shares new exposure ideas;
• Managing ad campaigns and placements. Adapts ads developed by HQ;
• Driving regional PR activities. In close collaboration with the corporate marketing team. Press releases, success stories, etc. Manages trade press contacts in the region;
• Leads CRM campaigns management, lead management and reporting. Works closely with the Corporate Marketing Team;
• Managing communications with regional sales teams / distributors. Participates in sales meetings.

• BACC in Marketing;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant field;
• Bilingual (English and French), Spanish is an asset.
