We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the EMEA territory.

The primary role of the Regional Manager is to generate revenue in their assigned territory through the distribution channel by overseeing sales activities and actively managing their current and future distribution channel.

You will be responsible for

• Meeting or exceeding the sales target in the assigned territory, primarily through channel sales;
• Managing the reseller network in the assigned territory;
• Establish and monitor growth strategies and action plans with resellers;
• Track reseller opportunities;
• Participate in trade shows, technical events, open houses, sales meetings and other sales events;
• Provide sales forecasts and participate in forecast review meetings;
• Ensure the continuous improvement of the resellers' technical skills on Creaform solutions.

You have the profile you are looking for if you

• Are willing to travel 40 to 50% of the time.
• Have a degree in business management or engineering;
• Have relevant experience in technology sales and sales channel management;
• Knowledge in metrology, quality control or reverse engineering is an asset;
• Multilingual: English, other languages (Turkish, Arabic, Polish) are an asset;
• Is result-oriented and autonomous.
