We are currently looking for someone to fill the position of sales manager at Creaform’s head office in Lévis. The sales manager’s main task is to support all sales activities for Creaform’s maintenance plans. The successful candidate will spend 70% of their time on sales and 30% on management tasks.
Role and Responsabilities
- Optimize sales processes for maintenance and accessories in collaboration with department heads
- Implement sales strategies to increase sales of Creaform maintenance plans and products
- Ensure that corporate processes and tools are used in all subsidiaries via the department heads
- Develop and regularly update the program of employee sales skills plans
- Establish regional indicators and regularly report sales performances to the director
- Coordinate and help launch promotions
- Increase sales by forging ties with Creaform’s clients and distributors
- Coordinate the sales teams’ cross-department activities and keep them abreast of important information
- Liaise with the product manager, IT team, and Marketing Department, as needed
- Coordinate management of after-sales surveys and compile and regularly report the results to the director
- Carry out a variety of human resource management tasks (work attendance, vacations, performance, and skills development)
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in sales and employee management
- Bilingualism (French, English), both spoken and written
- Knowledge of a third language is a major asset (e.g., Mandarin)
- A diploma of collegial studies (DCS) or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- An interest and skills in customer service and sales
