We are currently seeking a highly professional, self-motivated, Sales Manager for China. The Sales Manager’s main role is to coach and develop team of regional managers in order to attain sales goal and required overall team performance.

Role and Responsabilities

  • Work in close collaboration with the Country Manager to establish and reach BU and Company goals (sales and operational goals);
  • Coach and manage Regional Managers through standard management practices (performance review, personal development, skill management);
  • Perform regular follow-ups with employees to monitor and improve sales performance;
  • Manage and collaborate to sales budget definition and follow-up through regular reporting activities;
  • Ensure proper usage of Creaform sales tools and tight follow-up of company’s processes and policies;
  • Business development in specific designated sectors (Ex. NDT, HCP);
  • Contribute to the company's growth by sharing knowledge and experience to Regional Managers and other team members – act as a model and reference;
  • Work as part of the sales team to generate ideas for company sales opportunities, processes and systems;
  • Supervise the management of leads/opportunities on his territory;
  • Maintain a balance between direct and indirect sales as per objective;
  • Optimize the distribution channels for every product of the Creaform portfolio.

Our perfect match...

  • Degree in business, engineering or other relevant field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling in a manufacturing / technological environment;
  • Master degree in business administration is an asset;
  • Strong interest for high-tech products;
  • Knowledge in metrology quality control;
  • Experience with distributor channel management is a plus;
  • Bilingual – English / Mandarin (written and spoken);
  • Availability to travel on a frequent basis (up to 60% of time) within assigned territory.
