Who are we looking for ? The perfect candidate for the position of Sales Support Specialist, Metrology. The holdern of this position will be responsible for managing training activities related to Creaform technologies and software for clients and processing requests for information related to metrology services.

What a typical day with us looks like:

• Coordinate all training activities related to the sales of Creaform technologies in the Americas;
• Conduct project start-up meetings to transfer training needs to technical staff;
• Evaluate, qualify and direct requests through our various platforms and redirect them to the appropriate people;
• Contact current and potential customers targeted in order to present service offers;
• Support project managers in the drafting of the various documents required for tenders and in the administrative tasks related to their sales opportunities (example: CRM reports, Excel analyses, etc.);
• Update the tool for monitoring training sales forecasts;
• Collaborate in the development and updating of training content according to strategic orientations;
• Coordinate various projects to improve the metrology service offer (corporate events, customer satisfaction survey, etc.);
• Collaborate on marketing, quality and training committees;
• Participate in trade shows or fairs as required to present service offers.

Requirements

• Has a college diploma in administration or any other related discipline;
• Has 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
• Is fluent in French and English (it's even better if you speak a third language);
• Has an intermediate level of Excel;
• Has strong relational skills (interpersonal communication, listening);
• Is autonomous, perseverant, resourceful, methodical and rigorous;
• Manages priorities and several folders simultaneously;
• Has an interest in project management, customer service and the sales community.
