What a typical day with us looks like:

•Participate in ideations of various communication tools and play an advisory role; • Coordinate various sales tools (branding, advertising, packaging projects, promotional materials, leaflets, posters, banners, websites, mass e-mails, etc.); • Ensure smooth running of mandates, including follow-up, scheduling, budget control and quality control/validation of all mandates to which you will be assigned; • Develop timelines and schedules with the internal and external teams involved; • Be attentive to various internal clients’ needs and ensure appropriate follow-up; • Maintain efficient asset management system for our brand marketing tools

Our perfect match...

  You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Graphic Communication; • You have a minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in project management (agency experience is an asset); • You have a strong sense of organization, priorities, and responsibilities; • Experience with project management software is an asset; • You focus on problem solving; • You master Office and Adobe software; • You have the ability to work under pressure and manage several projects at once; • You have initiative spirit combined with creativity and autonomy; • You have the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders; • You master French and English.
