Our operations department is looking for a clerk to take care of the operations required for shipping and receiving goods. You'll be responsible for

• Receiving, counting and visually inspecting incoming goods:
• Greet the carriers, physically receive the merchandise;
• Control the quantity of the parts at the reception;
• Ensure the good physical condition of the items received;
• Carry out the operations of reception of the POs in the ERP system;
• Perform RMA receiving operations in the CRM system;
• Sort and distribute products according to their internal destination (Inspection, warehouse, RMA, other...);
• Place raw materials on the shelves;
• Notify the people in the departments concerned by the material received of the status of the goods;
• Report any anomaly (physical state, quantities, missing PO...) to the dedicated people;
• Apply the rules of the air cargo security program in the delimited area of the receiving/shipping department.

You have the profile we are looking for if you...

• Have a high school diploma or relevant experience
• Are an autonomous, responsible and resourceful person;
• Are in good shape;
• Are meticulous, orderly and enjoys manual work;
• Enjoy working in a team;
• Are at ease with computer work.
