Our R&D department is looking for an OpenGL software developer to contribute to the software development of Creaform's 3D scanning technologies and their applications. If you wish to take on new challenges and associate your talent to a seasoned team, do like our 80+ team members and choose Creaform's R&D. You will contribute more specifically to the development and maintenance of our OpenGL 3d rendering engine.

Your projects will lead you to

• Evolve the 3D rendering engine to align it with the state of the art in real-time 3D;
• Optimize the real-time display of 3D scans comprising several tens of millions of triangles;
• Ensure the reliability of the 3D rendering engine;
• Collaborate with other software developers and scientific developers to help them in the development of interactions with the 3D visualization;
• Experimentally test and validate developments;
• Interact with testing and support teams to ensure product quality;
• Adhere to established development processes, work methods and standards.

You will feel at home if you

• Have a university degree in computer engineering, software engineering or computer science;
• Have experience in the following areas:
  • C++ and OpenGL programming
  • Shader programming in GLSL
  • 3D geometry and matrix calculation
  • Computer architecture
  • Visual Studio, Team Foundation, .NET development environment
• Communicate effectively in English and French, both orally and in writing.
