Our sales department is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to develop Creaform's sales to major Chinese customers to further strengthen the customer experience. If you wish to take on new challenges and associate your talent with an experienced team, choose Creaform

You'll be responsible for

  • Defining and deploying a strategy to penetrate and grow Creaform businesses at Chinese Key accounts within and outside of China and ensure uniformity of their customer experience;
  • Acting as a “second layer” to Regional Account Managers on complex sales and high-leverage negotiations;
  • Deploying a plan to generate additional Automated Quality Control business opportunities through technical and commercial actions (demos, benchmarks, seminars, etc.);
  • Acting as reference point for Creaform’s China team when it comes automated inspection as well as overseas sales and successes.

Your projects will lead you to

  • Proactively engage local colleagues when they encounter foreign owned accounts;
  • Report important actions during weekly review;
  • Engage in regular calls with Global Manager, and other Strategic Account Managers;
  • Attend trade fairs and be comfortable in a spokesperson role, delivering presentations;
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records on relevant accounts.

You have the profile we are looking for if you...

  • Hold a degree in mechanical engineering or business administration;
  • Demonstrate strength in business development and customer relationship management skills;
  • Have minimum 5-7 years’ experience in enterprise CAPEX sales to large/globalized manufacturers;
  • Have represented an OEM manufacturer in a Key Account Management role;
  • Have experience selling to factories / industrial environments (preference for Metrology / 3D Scanning / Automation);
  • Have a strong history of selling high-technology products to Quality Control or Automation professionals;
  • Are willing to travel on a regular basis.
