Student-Production Planning Technician

Our operations department is looking for a student to support the team in charge of planning. If you wish to develop your skills while balancing work and studies, join the 15+ students who are currently contributing to our success in several of our departments, and join Creaform.
Your projects will lead you to
- Plan and schedule the production of products;
- Participate in the planning and scheduling of production;
- Perform computerized receiving of components manufactured by production;
- Prioritize and plan orders to satisfy customers and achieve the organization's financial results;
- Work with the relevant departments and keep them informed of any issues that could compromise the fulfillment of customer requests (expected delivery date, stock shortage, late delivery, etc.);
- Maintain all order information in the ERP system;
- Purchase accessories related to customer orders (e.g. software);
- Launch customer orders, accessories and maintenance contracts;
- Launch work orders for subcontractors, perform PO's and follow-ups and accept subcontractors' services.
You will feel at home if you
- Are a college student in industrial engineering or business administration (or other relevant training);
- Have advanced English (essential);
- Have a good knowledge of the office suite, especially Excel;
- Have experience working with ERP software such as NAVISION (not essential but an asset) and CRM software such as Salesforce (another asset);
- Are able to manage priorities and multiple files by being well organized and structured;
- Have an eye for detail;
- Have a good team spirit.
