Your projects will lead you to

• Plan and schedule the production of products;
• Participate in the planning and scheduling of production;
• Perform computerized receiving of components manufactured by production;
• Prioritize and plan orders to satisfy customers and achieve the organization's financial results;
• Work with the relevant departments and keep them informed of any issues that could compromise the fulfillment of customer requests (expected delivery date, stock shortage, late delivery, etc.);
• Maintain all order information in the ERP system;
• Purchase accessories related to customer orders (e.g. software);
• Launch customer orders, accessories and maintenance contracts;
• Launch work orders for subcontractors, perform PO's and follow-ups and accept subcontractors' services.

You will feel at home if you

• Are a college student in industrial engineering or business administration (or other relevant training);
• Have advanced English (essential);
• Have a good knowledge of the office suite, especially Excel;
• Have experience working with ERP software such as NAVISION (not essential but an asset) and CRM software such as Salesforce (another asset);
• Are able to manage priorities and multiple files by being well organized and structured;
• Have an eye for detail;
• Have a good team spirit.
