Our Customer Services Department is looking for an Account Executive to develop the sale of Creaform's metrology services in the United States. By acting as an expert advisor to customers from your home or our offices in Houston (TX) or Irvine (CA), you will contribute to maximizing their product use and overall satisfaction. You'll be responsible for

  • Accompanying customers throughout their life cycle with Creaform in order to provide them with the best advice regarding metrology products and services
  • Qualifying and evaluating customer projects in relation to the evolution of the service offer;
  • Synthesizing customer needs and communicate them to the technical teams;
  • Managing and planning new projects, in collaboration with the technical managers, while systematically respecting the processes in place;
  • Conducting regular follow-ups with project teams and clients during the course of the services;
  • Performing post-project follow-up with clients (satisfaction measurement)
  • Preparing and writing bids for potential projects.

Your projects will lead you to

  • Participate in account reviews as a consultant;
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager - Customer Services to deploy strategic plans in the areas of business affecting his customers;
  • Participate in the sales training effort for the internal sales force;
  • Conduct occasional visits to existing customers (little travel);
  • Support the after-sales service sales specialists on technical issues.

You have the profile we are looking for if you...

  • Have experience in customer service or customer loyalty in a manufacturing environment;
  • Have studied mechanical engineering or have relevant experience in metrology;
  • Have a valid driver's license (you may be required to travel to customers);
  • Master at least one CAD software (Catia V5, Solidworks, Solidedge, Inventor, etc.)
  • Have excellent communication skills;
  • Are known for your team spirit and collaboration;
  • Are comfortable performing administrative and number crunching tasks;
  • Are able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing;
  • Are a methodical person, with a good sense of organization, able to work in a fast evolving and constantly changing environment;
  • Are an autonomous, resourceful, proactive and versatile person.
