A perfect match to fill the position of Technical Coordinator at AMETEK GmbH Division Creaform for the metrology services recognized for its highly technical competencies within the company’s activities. What a typical day with us looks like:

General management • Perform planning of DACH resources based on projects and attend EMEA Schedule meetings; • Ensure that the choice of methodology, equipment and employee skills are appropriate for the projects; • Perform quality controls for the DACH team; • Work with the Technical Manager to produce and present DACH Delivered Projects reports; • Support the Technical Manager in the employees’ evaluation process providing feedback and carrying out follow-ups; • Preserve the equipment in good condition (working and clean) and maintain the consumables inventory; • Ensure that employees follow the processes, and company policies; • Manage shipping and receiving for CMS activities; • Perform other duties related to his/her function at the request of his supervisor. External and Internal service coordination • Assist the Project Managers with pre-sale activities; • Estimate time, feasibility and build the final solution; • Organize (if needed) and participate to project kickoff meetings and do the follow ups; • Manage internal service requests. Technical Reference • Participate in projects (internal and external); • Support employees in developing their technical skills; • Act as a resource person to answer technical questions or refer to appropriate people.

Our perfect match...

• Has at least a degree in mechanical engineering or the equivalent and 3 years of experience.
• Has ideally worked in metrology, 3D scanning, automation and robotics before.
• Is fluent in German and English (a little French or Italian would be an asset).
• Has a knack for sales and customer services.
• Is available to travel in Germany and to international destinations on a punctual basis.
• Has aptitude for teamwork, priority management and customer relationship.
• Demonstrates leadership, autonomous, resourceful and solution minded.
