Our Customer Services Department is looking for two technical experts to support the various stakeholders working on product development and to develop technical skills internally and externally. By becoming the voice of the users, you will contribute directly to the satisfaction of our customers and to the growth of Creaform. You'll be responsible for

  • Directly supporting the product managers in the various stages of product development;
  • Working closely with R&D to coordinate and execute the testing phases of products under development;
  • Executing the deployment plan of the technical skills of users both internally and externally.

Your projects will lead you to

  • Participate in the design of product features and test programs by being the voice of the users;
  • Validate and comment on user tests;
  • Stimulate product improvement through your involvement in the management of bugs and user requests for improvements;
  • Communicate best practices (known problems, best practices, FAQ, etc.);
  • Create and update Creaform Campus training tools for Creaform customers (e-learning, tutorials, exams, etc.);
  • Develop and participate in the content of various corporate events (product launches, Advanced Training Week, etc.);
  • Respond to requests requiring in-depth technical knowledge of the products through the creaform.cs.technicalexperts email address;
  • Create tutorials required for user self-study;
  • Assist the technical writing team in creating and updating contextual help.

You have the profile we are looking for if you...

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience;
  • Are able to communicate in both French and English, both orally and in writing, including in front of a group;
  • Are willing to travel internationally 1-2 times per year;
  • Are willing to work in the office frequently.

  • Have acquired some experience in project management;
  • Strong teamwork, priority management and customer relations skills;
  • Are an autonomous, resourceful person with good leadership and organizational skills;
  • Have a good sense of synthesis, critical thinking and scientific rigor;
  • Have a strong interest in product development.
