Our finance department is looking for the person who will be responsible for managing accounts receivable from clients and partners in the United States.

Your key responsibilities

• Review orders to ensure proper coding and compliance with our policies;
• Transfer approved orders into the accounting system on a daily basis
• Track outstanding orders and ensure their release as soon as conditions are met;
• Prepare sales invoices ensuring compliance with company policies, including invoices for sales to subsidiaries and application of transfer pricing policies and transmit them in the manner defined by the customer;
• Record cash receipts daily in the accounting system.

Your projects will require you to

• Interact with internal and external customers to resolve outstanding issues;
• Prepare credit notes when necessary;
• Participate in the improvement of work processes to increase efficiency.

You will feel at home if you have

• A diploma in finance, accounting or administration or equivalent experience;
• Relevant work or internship experience;
• Customer focus and excellent communication skills;
• Ability to manage deadlines and volume of activities thanks to your organizational skills and resourcefulness;
• A good knowledge of the Office suite and of an ERP system (NAV for example);
• A good knowledge of French and English, which allows you to communicate well in both languages.
