Our Creaform Engineering division is looking for a trainee buyer to assist the team to coordinate and contribute to the procurement process in sync with the various activities of the operations department and the company.

Your role

• Source components for products under your responsibility;
• Negotiate the best terms with suppliers in terms of cost and lead time, while ensuring that win/win relationships are developed and maintained;
• Research and qualify new suppliers.

Your projects will lead you to

• Participate in the continuous improvement of our procurement process;
• Participate in technology watch;
• Manage non-conformities on the components for which you are responsible;
• Work in French as well as in English, orally and in writing.

You will feel at home if you

• Are in the process of completing an ACS in procurement or another relevant profile;
• Have advanced knowledge of Excel;.

• Have experience with an ERP system, such as NAV.
