Who are we looking for ? The perfect candidate to fill the position of Training Coordinator , who, under the leadership of the Creaform Campus Operations Manager, will be responsible for supporting the activities of the Creaform Campus training centre including managing training with our customers related to the sales of Creaform technologies, organizing training events and updating the e-learning learning system.

What a typical day with us looks like:

• Coordinate all customer training related to the sales of our technologies in Canada and Latin America;
• Follow up with customers for the sale of additional training;
• Maintain the e-learning platform and act as an internal resource person;
• Ensure project management by supporting and maintaining solid relationships with clients in the design and development of e-learning training programs;
• Organize training events;
• Oversee the development and updating of training content based on strategic directions;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the training service offer and the activities of Creaform Campus;
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of solutions, tools, systems and best practices in learning.

Requirements

• Have a university or college degree in communication, administration or any other related discipline;
• Communicate in both English and French, both orally and in writing;
• Is autonomous and resourceful;
• You're the super-organized type;
• Have strong relational skills (interpersonal communication, listening);
• Has a gift for sales and customer service;
• Ability to manage priorities and multiple files simultaneously;
• Is a good team player;
• He is a master in the art of project management.
