• Contribute to product development plan and support an accelerated market entry;
• Manage the gross margin and optimize overall costs and working capital by implementing new processes;
• Analyze and define actual and future needs within the production department according to the size of our organization, our growth objectives and to meet delivery schedules;
• Manage expansion projects of our logistics center;
• Ensure optimization software tools and packages;
• Ensure the evolution of the manufacturing vision of our company;
• Mobilize your team to achieve productivity and quality objectives;
• Provide leadership for your team;
• Coordinate development and deployment of the continuous improvement plan;
• Optimize budget management within your department to meet corporate objectives.

• Has a BACC in Engineering;
• Has experience in international operation management in a technological environment with frequent product launch;
• Has experience in project management;
• Has strong analytical and synthetic skills with the ease to popularize technical projects;
• Has achieved concrete progress in continuous improvement project and economic growth achievement;
• Has knowledge of software like ERP, MRP, WMS, PLM and experience in implementing one of it;
• Is a natural born leader with great persuasive skills;
• Is available to travel, approximately 20% of time;
• Is fluent in both English and French.
