Our Sales Department is looking for an Administrative Technician, a critical role in the Inside Sales team. By providing operational support, you will help ensure fast order processing and an optimal customer experience from the first contact. You'll be responsible for

• Processing incoming orders;
• Preparing quotes, credit application forms, pro forma invoices and other documents related to the order entry process;
• Maintaining records in Salesforce CRM;
• Tracking orders to ensure that orders that are activated in the CRM are progressing correctly to shipment.

Your projects will lead you to

• Work closely with other departments for fast and optimal order processing;
• Communicate to the production and logistics and finance teams any relevant information that may affect the delivery of the order to the customer and their overall experience.
