The technology team is stable, senior and autonomous. With your expertise, team vision and positive commitment to problem/opportunity solving, you will be a key player. 

Guy, your future manager, has many years of experience and is actively involved in his success. He is looking for someone who actively wants to be an asset to this fully engaged and motivated team.

A typical day with the IT team:

  • Participate in solving complex application problems.
  • Actively manage priorities, by team resource, for various requests
  • Analyze support or enhancement requests, ensure that information is complete and clear, assess the degree of urgency, prioritize and categorize them 
  • Resolve some complex support or improvement calls by accompanying the user
  • Be an expert leader in advanced Microsoft solutions, such as Power platform.
  • Follow the escalation process to other departments according to established rules
  • Maintain the knowledge base of problem resolution (Q&A)
  • Proactive leader in IT security hygiene elements
  • Be the point person for computer imaging processes 
  • Coordinate the replacement of technology equipment.
  • Participate in special projects and digital transformation

We will set SMART goals specifically for your development, such as:

  • Coordination of co-workers' workloads in relation to various requests from our internal customers, managing emergencies, priorities and transparent communication.
  • Custodian of technology inventories, together with the team, for hardware, software and others. 
  • Be a pivotal player in the digital transformation with O365 Office tools, such as Team, PowerApps, Power Automate, Sharepoint, PowerBI and others

Here are the skills you need to apply:

  • Very good technical knowledge of various Microsoft tools
  • Experience in structure/process management
  • Interest in conducting technical training
  • Bilingual (French and English)
