We are looking for a Customer Service Agent for the Technical Support Department.

What a typical day with us looks like:

• Perform sales calls for customer service plans for Creaform products (telephone calls and e-mails);
• Update the customer management system to facilitate forecasting;
• Participate in strategies to improve sales;
• Build bids for renewal of plans and accessories;
• Enter orders into the customer management system;
• Participate in the first after-sales contact with new customers;
• Develop relationships with customers and other Creaform partners to improve the sales level.

• Have interest and aptitude for customer service and sales;
• Bilingual (French, English) both oral and written;
• Hold a Professional Degree (DEP) or Collegial Degree (DEC) in administration, office or related field;
• Have a great autonomy;
• Knowledge of an operating system (Windows).

• Knowledge of Spanish is an asset;
• Having a knowledge of a client management software is a great asset.
