What a typical day with us looks like:

• Produce quotes for our after-sales service offer;
• Process accessory orders;
• Ensure the conformity of our customers' orders;
• Prepare local shipments of our products (preparation of documentation, logistics with carriers, etc.);
• Follow up with existing customers for the after-sales service offer;
• Update our customer management system;
• Develop and maintain relationships with our customers and other partners to increase our sales.

• Has a High School Diploma;
• Has between 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field;
• Provide extraordinary customer service;
• Is a jack-of-all-trades;
• Is autonomous and resourceful;
• Is versatile and organized.
