Our IT department is looking for an intern who will actively support the team this summer by handling Level 1 technical support requests, both hardware and software.

By joining us, you will work alongside an expert and close-knit team that will make your integration and training a priority.

Your role

  • Provide first level IT support to internal users (computer hardware, virtual phones, printers, internet, business applications, etc);
  • Interact in a professional manner with people who will need your assistance to maintain a high level of satisfaction;
  • Perform computer set-up and configuration for employees.

Your projects will lead you to:

  • Use the "ticket" system to document the problem and the details of its resolution after each intervention;
  • Interact with employees from all over the world, as we cover all our subsidiaries;
  • Provide a great employee experience to new hires by ensuring they are up and running as soon as they arrive;
  • Participate in projects based on your curiosity and thirst for learning.
