What a typical day with us looks like:

• Manage phone calls;
• Greet clients, candidates, delivery personnel and any other person who comes to the reception desk;
• Activate and deactivate employee access cards;
• Plan and coordinate corporate events (group training, sales events, employee meetings, 5@7, activities, etc.);
• Supporting employees in arranging their work related travel (hotel, car reservations, etc.);
• Place various orders for the office (fruit orders, lunch orders, corporate clothing orders, office supplies orders, etc.);
• Prepare and validate purchase requests;
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of packages;
• Coordinate and plan the building's subcontracting work (machine service call (Distributor) service call, quote, etc.);
• Be responsible for follow-ups related to computer support and inventory;
• Write various documents for presentation to clients;
• Participate actively in the employee committee to improve the well-being and sense of belonging.

Requirements

• Has a degree in office automation or other related field;
• Has 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Is bilingual (English - French);
• Possesses good writing skills;
• Has excellent knowledge of MS Office suite;
• Is organized and know how to manage your priorities;
• Demonstrate initiative, you are versatile and autonomous in the execution of the tasks required;
• Provide exceptional customer service;
