What a typical day with us looks like:

  • Manage phone calls and emails addressed to the company ;
  • Manage access cards for employees;
  • Welcome customers and suppliers;
  • Organize our employees' international trips or visits to Quebec;
  • Assist in the organization of meetings or corporate events;
  • Manage office supplies;
  • Take care of receiving, shipping and mail ;
  • Place orders for corporate clothing and maintain inventory;
  • Manage internal training: language courses, specific training;
  • Update our customers' information in the ERP system;
  • Participate in the billing and collection effort with the finance department;
  • Respond to our clients' requests: send statements, copies of invoices, etc..;
  • Process employee expense accounts.

Requirements

  • Has a degree in an related field ;
  • Is fluent in both, English and French ;
  • Has excellent knowledge of MS Office suite ;
  • Is resourceful and versatile ;
  • Knows how to manage priorities and several things at once ;
  • Provide exceptional customer service ;
