The incumbent assures complete support of the customer support service to promote the best customer experience. The Customer Support Manager is responsible to administer the service delivery throughout the EMEA area. He coordinates technical support operations, repairs / calibrations, maintenance sales and accessories, logistics, local purchases. He also provides technical support to business development teams and participates in maintenance and accessory sales to ensure effective collaboration with sales teams and distribution networks

What a typical day with us looks like:

  • Coordinate activities and service resources in Grenoble and Stuttgart (Germany);
  • Ensure the achievement of objectives and service levels across the EMEA area;
  • Ensure the application of the company's global procedures taking into account local regulations and participate in the drafting of the procedures of the service in connection with the various coordinators and ensure their deployment.
  • Work closely with other managers to ensure good coordination between teams and maintain an appropriate level of service;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distribution networks;
  • Ensure the integration and training of new resources;
  • Maintain and evolve the skills of the service's resources;
  • Provide technical support to internal and external users;
  • Test and validate new products and software as needed;
  • Contribute to the renewal of maintenance plans for products sold;
  • Monitor and report on performance indicators in order to put in place associated action plans;
  • Regular trips mainly to Germany.

Our perfect match...

  • Engineer (Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing) or generalist with experience in a technical field of industry;
  • 5 years’ experience in team management if possible in the field of customer support;
  • 5 years of experience in customer support in an industrial environment;
  • Mastery of the Windows suite;
  • Knowledge of a customer management software;
  • Oral and written command of the compulsory French, English and German languages;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Excellent ability to work with tight deadlines and prioritize tasks;
  • Ability to mobilize and federate men;
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation appeal;
  • Critical mind always being solution oriented.
