This position will be responsible for planning talent strategies across the organization's recruitment projects. He/she will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Consultants to ensure the best strategies are deployed and best practices in staffing are selected.

You'll be responsible for

  • Coordinate recruitment mandates within the recruitment team;
  • Identify and adopt the best staffing tools to ensure the quality of the candidates selected;
  • Participate in the development of the organization's visibility plan;
  • Collaborate with the Director to track KPIs related to the talent acquisition function;
  • Ensure the development and coaching of the talent acquisition team;
  • Ensure compliance with the recruitment steps established by the parent company;
  • Carry out recruitment mandates in order to contribute to Creaform's growth;
  • Participate in the development of recruitment 3.0 via various social networks;
  • Participate in various visibility events such as job fairs and technical seminars.

Your projects will lead you to

  • Remain proactive and creative at all times to continuously identify talent on social networks, professional networks and other sources;
  • Act as an ambassador for Creaform and promote the employer brand and careers at Creaform;
  • Participate in various events related to recruitment;
  • Participate in a market trend watch and present recommendations;
  • Contribute with your ideas and experience sharing to improve practices and propose new initiatives.

You have the profile we are looking for if you...

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management;
  • Has 5 to 10 years of experience in recruitment;
  • Has already worked in a growing company as well as in an international context;
  • Is bilingual (English/French);
  • Is result oriented;
  • Know how to be innovative and creative;
  • Are recognized for your communication and influence skills;
  • Are resourceful and go-getter;
  • Are rigorous and you stand out for your organizational skills.
