We are looking for the ideal candidate for the position of Coordinator, Technical Support. The incumbent of this position will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the After-Sales Service teams and supporting the manager in the planning and development of the team in the Americas territory. In addition, he will be responsible for providing technical support and sharing his knowledge with other specialists and users of our products.

What a typical day with us looks like:

  • Ensure the daily coordination of technical support activities and repair operations:
    • Analyze, prioritize and assign support requests ;
    • Plan daily actions (call management, RMA planning management) ;
  • In collaboration with the technical support manager:
    • Develop training plans for the team ;
    • Carry out the planning and organization of the call center ;
    • Ensure an optimal and reliable inventory of loaner equipment and spare parts ;
    • In accordance with the requirements of the quality system, support and guide the team on the technical support and repair processes ;
  • Offer technical support and coaching to team members as well as resellers and customers ;
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting on our technologies to raise issues and resolve them ;
  • Conduct technical training ;
  • Develop and update the technical knowledge base with other specialists ;
  • Participate in product development and reliability analysis ;
  • Provide front-line support to ensure efficient 24/5 service coverage.

Our perfect match...

  • Has degree in engineering or computer science;
  • Has between 3 and 5 years of experience in a technical position;
  • Has experience in customer service;
  • Is fluent in both, English and French;
  • Is organized and focused on achieving objectives and results;
  • Has leadership skills and know how to mobilize your team;
  • Is comfortable in a constantly changing environment with tight deadlines;
  • Is able to manage several projects at the same time;
  • Offers exceptional customer service;
  • Is a real team player and has strong interpersonal skills (interpersonal communication, listening).
