We are currently looking for a trainee for the technical support department at Creaform's head office. The incumbent of this position will have the opportunity to learn how to use and troubleshoot Creaform's 3D solutions as well as the responsibility of assisting technical support specialists in their support tasks for technologies and software sold by Creaform. . The Creaform Technical Service team also participates in the quality assurance of the software developed by Creaform as well as the renewal of maintenance. The person sought will be called upon to contribute to these functions as part of his internship.

Role and Responsabilities

  • Collaborate with product specialists to provide support and technical solutions to technology and software users: Perform remote troubleshooting;
  • Answer user questions;
  • Manage the files needed to use the technologies and their availability on the customer support portal;
  • Report improvement opportunities as well as software and hardware quality issues to product specialists;
  • Contribute to the development of customer service sales.

Requirements

  • Being bilingual (French and English), knowledge of a third language (Spanish or Portuguese) is an asset;
  • Be a professional or college student in engineering technology, computer science or other related technology;
  • Possess communication and computer skills;
  • Have experience in customer service;
  • Have problem-solving and time management skills;
  • Knowledge of a customer management software is a great asset.
