Who we’re seeking? A perfect match to fill the position of Technical Support Specialist for our Stuttgart office. The position holder’s main responsibility is to offer technical support to customers, the distribution network and internal users of technologies and software applications developed and sold by Creaform.

Role and Responsabilities

  • In collaboration with the Product Specialist, offer support and technical solutions for technologies and software users;
  • Provide remote troubleshooting;
  • Answer users’ questions;
  • Manage the return of defective equipment for repair or replacement;
  • Manage the files needed for use of the technologies and ensure their availability on the customer support portal;
  • Report improvement opportunities as well as software and hardware quality problems to the Product Specialist;
  • Contribute to the development of customer sales services.

Our perfect match...

  • Master degree in Physical Engineering technologies or another related field
  • Bilingual (German and English), knowledge of a third language is an asset;
  • In-depth knowledge of the Windows operating system;
  • Knowledge of a customer management software is a big asset;
  • Good communication skills and customer service experience.
